One of the highest selling features of a home on the market is the kitchen. They should be orgranized, clean and updated.	Most families spend 80% of their home time in this room. It should feel comfortable, cozy, functionable and great for entertaining.	This room should project 'private, relaxing and comfort'.

Staging a vacant shows the buyer what the room could look like or function like when furnished.	The buyer forms an opinion of the home's condition within seconds of seeing the outside of the house.
