Kimberley has over 25 years of experience in the home and garden industries. She is currently channelling her experience and her energies towards helping home owners, builders and Realtors® to effectively prepare their properties for market. Kimberley received her Staging designation from Certified Staging Professionals™. In addition to her credentials as a CSP™ she is a graduate of The Chicago School of Interior Decoration. Kimberley worked as a Professional Interior Decorator and later as Decorating Consultant for a high end furniture store for a combination of 10 years before switching to her other passions of Floral Design, Gardening and Garden Design.

Professional Gardening and Garden Design:

After spending 10 years as a Professional Floral Designer, Kimberley translated her love of flowers into a lucrative gardening business. Since the spring of 2005 Kimberley's passion for organic flower gardening and Garden Design has won her a loyal following. Description of Our Services:

1. DIY Home Staging:
 DIY Home Staging Consultations:
For the do it your-selfer's. This service is very similar to a regular Staging Consultation but more in depth. It is a more interactive consultation where home owners will have the opportunity to 'pick their stagers brains' and to receive guidance before they attempt DIY Home Staging.
 DIY assisted Home Staging:
This service is one notch up from DIY Home Staging. It offers the added advantage of having your Stager (and or her assistants) physically assist you with your DIY. (Painting, cleaning, patching, packing, furniture arranging, re-accessorizing, enhancing lighting, gardening, etc...)

2. Home Staging for Estate Sales:
This service is intended for people who have lost a loved one, such as a parent, who owned a home that requires cleaning out and preparing for market. We will work with family members or solo sorting through belonging and arranging for the donation, disposal or sale of personal belongings. Once the home has been cleared of its personal contents we will either personally complete the work or make arrangements for whatever services are required to prepare the home for market. Services such as; painting, cleaning, repairs, possibly up-grades etc. All services and budgets must be approved of by the estate. From start to finish, we will handle the entire project on your behalf even set you up with a Realtor® and maintain the home through-out the listing period.

3. Showcasing New & Model Homes:
With your homes architecture and targeted market in mind we will furnish, accessorize and decorate your investment to create maximum appeal and desirability. We are able to work with-in a variety of budgets.
Staging NEW homes involves a brief inspection of the property (usually about 20-30 minutes) follow by a written quote within 48 hours. Showcasing a vacant home with furniture and accessories is a proven way to cut your sell time in more than half and reduce the risk of a price reduction.

4. Staging to Sell:
This is a comprehensive Staging Service. Including a Home Staging Consultation, Project Management (hiring, co-ordinating, and/or personally completing all of the work require to ready the home for market); Show-casing and de-staging. Note: Home owners are welcome to act as their own project managers. We will work with-in a variety of budgets.

5. Furniture & Accessory Rental:
Whether you require only a few well chosen accessories and pieces of art to tweak and enhance an existing décor or require a complete decorating makeover we have available a wide selection of furnishings, art and accessories to meet any budget. Whether we are drawing from our own inventory or renting from one of our reputable suppliers we will personal choose each piece for your home with care.

6. Full Gardening Services: (Specializing in Organics):
(This service is currently only available in Durham Region)
Whether you are selling, redesigning or just plain need help getting your gardens in order Kimberley's passion for Organic gardening has won her a loyal following. We offer a full range of Gardening services including:

Soil Work:
• Testing (pH level of soil, nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium levels)
• Digging (hand tilling and digging new or existing gardens… by hand so as to not destroy or disturb the helpful micro soil organisms that are essential for healthy plants. Loose soil is important for proper drainage, nutrient absorption and healthy root development.)
• Amending (compost is the main staple used for amending your soil, but peat moss, sheep or cow manure, triple mix, sand, shredded leaves or top soil may also be use.)

 Edging: (Lawns and flower beds)
 Pruning: (Roses, perennials, bushes, shrubs and small trees, hedges)
 Weeding:
 Planting: (annuals, perennials, seeds, roses, bushes, shrubs and small trees)
 Fertilizing: Container gardens, hanging baskets, roses, shrubs, bushes, perennial and annual flower beds
 Mulching: (adds organic matter to the soil, keeps the soil cooler in summer, holds the moisture in thus reducing watering needs, feeds beneficial soil organisms and minimizes compaction)
 Garden Doctor: (Diagnosing and treating various plant disorders, with eco-friendly remedies.

7. Garden Design:
Create landscape designs, complete with sketches and list of recommended plants, materials and prices.
