Real Estate Staging

Real Estate Staging prepares a property for sale to facilitate selling it fast and for top dollar! The process begins with an informational consultation utilizing the Room Ready Handbook. After a thorough walk through from a Certified Staging Professional, clients are provided with a complete handbook filled with personalized recommendations to prepare their home for sale and make it more appealing to the widest range of potential buyers in the marketplace. Each consultation includes a visual inspection from the curb to the backyard through a buyer’s eyes. The Room Ready Handbook provides sellers with initial punch lists for getting their home ready to sell as well as checklists for keeping their home “show ready,” and marketable at all times.

Staging Consultations are $185 for a house 2,000 Square Feet and smaller - and $0.13 for each additional Square Foot

Following the visual inspection and any recommended pre-sale preparation, an appointment is scheduled to showcase your property for sale. Utilizing lifestyle selling techniques, we artfully arrange your furniture and accessories to appeal to the largest number of potential buyers by enhancing your home’s positive aspects. Open House Preparation

Open House Preparation is $70 an hour
Assistant fee is $20 an hour

Interior Redesign: Want a fresh look? Contact me and I can create a plan for placement of your furniture in your new home or revamp your current home using mostly what you already own to create a whole new look.

Interior Redesign

The process begins with a one hour Redesign Consultation. We'll spend time getting to know you and your space to address your individual needs. We will also assess your furnishings and accessories and take photos and measurements.

Redesign Consultation $100

Following a Redesign Consultation, an appointment is scheduled for us to Redesign your space. After emptying your space, we begin the rebuilding process by addressing your needs that we identified in the client interview. We'll take into consideration the architectural focal points of the space while paying attention to the details of light, balance, scale, color, and texture. An average sized room requires 3-4 hours of time. Should you have very heavy pieces of furniture or large collections an assistant may be required to complete the redesign.
